i just heard the track 'pink squares' by i was a cub scout on adam & joe..is it just me, or do they sound exactly like death cab for cutie?

a bit. but the main thing i have noticed about all the i was a cub scout songs i have ever heard (admittedly only about 5 songs), is that they all have pretty melodies and AWFUL lyrics.
